For the small to medium-sized organisation, our essentials package provides fully managed IT support.

The Essentials package includes:

IT support with unlimited telephone and email support requests
Access to our client web support portal to log issues
24/7 proactive remote monitoring to detect and prevent any potential issues
A Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription which provides
- email with a 50GB mailbox
- Microsoft Office 365 Web Apps with 1TB OneDrive Cloud Storage
- use of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Antivirus protection safeguarding your business from malware, ransomware and zero-day threats
Security updates ensuring all critical security patches and firmware updates are applied to protect your business
Management of software updates

3. Premium Package

Our premium package provides fully managed IT support, with some additional benefits.

The premium package includes:

IT support with unlimited telephone and email support requests
Access to our client web support portal to log issues
24/7 proactive remote monitoring to detect and prevent any potential issues
A Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription which provides
- email with a 50GB mailbox
- Microsoft Office 365 Desktop Apps on 5 devices per user with 1TB OneDrive Cloud Storage
- use of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Antivirus protection safeguarding your business from malware, ransomware and zero-day threats
Security updates ensuring all critical security patches and firmware updates are applied to protect your business
Additional security scanning of emails and attachments
Advanced management of software updates
A monthly service report including details of calls logged
An annual review to ensure the Managed IT services are meeting the business needs

4. Enterprise Package

For a larger organisation, our enterprise package provides comprehensive managed IT support.

The enterprise package includes:

IT support with unlimited telephone and email support requests
Access to our client web support portal to log issues
24/7 proactive remote monitoring to detect and prevent any potential issues
A managed Microsoft 365 E3 subscription which provides
- email with a 100GB mailbox
- Microsoft Office 365 Desktop Apps on 5 devices per user with unlimited OneDrive Cloud Storage
- use of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Advanced antivirus protection
- Enterprise-grade antivirus and threat protection safeguarding your business from malware, ransomware, and zero-day threats
